Abuse of Permits Law 104
The abuse or improper use of permits aimed at assisting families affected by disabilities, handicap or lack of self-sufficiency justify the dismissal of an employee with just cause whereby, through such allowances, they conduct other activities aside from caring for and helping their handicapped relative.
Such conduct, whereby serious and lacking in moral and corporate values, involves the abuse of the law and violates the principles of correctness and good faith, thus justifying the employer to carry out checks aimed at ascertaining any misuse, for purposes other than those for which the request was made.
